Getting started
Create your EasyInvoices account
Sign up in about a minute: your business name, email, GSTIN and address. You land in the app straight away and confirm your email later.
Send your first invoice
Create a GST invoice, add the client on the same screen, check the live total and send it by email or WhatsApp in about a minute.
Set up UPI payments (zero fees)
Add your UPI ID once and every invoice shows a UPI QR and a Pay with UPI app button. Money goes straight to your bank with no fees.
GST settings: GSTIN, SAC codes and invoice numbers
How EasyInvoices fills in GST: your GSTIN, default SAC code and rate, CGST and SGST or IGST, and invoice numbers that restart each financial year.

Your client opens one link: the amount and a Pay button come first, then the invoice. No account or app to install. Here is every step they take.
Confirm UPI payments
When a client reports a UPI payment, confirm it in one tap from the email, without signing in, or from Needs you on your Home page.
Record a bank transfer, cheque, cash or TDS
Got paid by NEFT, IMPS, cheque or cash, or did your client deduct TDS? Record it on the invoice so the balance and payment link stay correct.
Reminders and chasing late payments
Automatic email reminders 1, 7 and 14 days after the due date, one-tap WhatsApp reminders, and whether your client has opened the invoice.
Invoices and clients
Edit, void or duplicate an invoice
Drafts can be edited freely. Sent invoices are final records: void and reissue them, or duplicate one to bill the same work again.
Monthly invoices for retainers
Bill a retainer automatically: tick Bill this every month when sending, or press Bill monthly on any invoice. Pause or resume any time.
Manage clients
Add clients with their GSTIN and state, see what each one owes, send them everything in one statement, and archive clients you no longer bill.

Free and Pro plans
Free has unlimited GST invoices, UPI and reminders. Pro adds bank matching, client statements, WhatsApp alerts and quick bill from ₹299 a month.
Bank statement matching
Upload your bank statement CSV: reported UPI payments are confirmed automatically, and other credits are matched to unpaid invoices for you to approve.
Client statements and Pay all
Send a client one link showing every unpaid invoice and the total, with Pay all by UPI. One UTR covers them all, and you confirm once.
WhatsApp alerts
Get a WhatsApp message when a client says they paid by UPI, with a button to confirm or reject it in one tap. Email alerts continue as before.
Quick bill: type a sentence, get an invoice
Type "Sharma 15k bookkeeping Oct" on your Home page and the invoice fills itself in: client, amount and description. You check it and send.

EasyInvoices has no passwords: you sign in with a one-time link by email. What to do when the link doesn't arrive or has expired.
