Free and Pro plans
Free is free for good: unlimited invoices and clients, GST tax invoices, UPI, TDS, reminders, monthly invoices, WhatsApp sharing, dashboards and CSV export.
Pro is ₹299 a month or ₹2,990 a year (two months free), plus GST. It adds:
- Bank statement matching: UPI payments confirmed from your statement.
- Client statements: one link with everything a client owes, and Pay all.
- WhatsApp alerts when a client says they paid.
- Quick bill: type a sentence, get an invoice.
- No "Sent with EasyInvoices" line on your clients' pay page.
Trial
New accounts get Pro free for 14 days, with no card needed. Afterwards you keep everything on Free and the Pro features pause until you upgrade.
How to pay
Go to More → Plan (or Settings → Plan) and choose yearly or monthly. You get a normal GST invoice from EasyInvoices and pay it by UPI. Pro turns on when the payment is confirmed, for 1 or 12 months from that day. It doesn't renew by itself: 7 days before your Pro period ends, we email you the renewal invoice. Paying early never loses days, because the new period starts when the current one ends. If it isn't paid, you move to Free and keep all your data.
