Refund and Cancellation Policy

EasyInvoices Pro

Pro is paid in advance for the period you choose (one month or twelve months) and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don't pay the next invoice, your account continues on the Free plan. The Free plan costs nothing. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Payments to businesses

When you pay an invoice sent through EasyInvoices, you are paying that business directly. Refunds and cancellations are decided by the business that issued the invoice; contact them using the email on the invoice.

• Payments made directly to a business's UPI ID can only be returned by that business.
