Reminders and chasing late payments
Automatic reminders
Overdue invoices get a polite email reminder 1, 7 and 14 days after the due date. Switch this on or off in Settings → Getting paid.

Home → Needs you lists overdue invoices. For each one:
- WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a friendly reminder and the pay link already written. Choose the contact and send.
- Email reminder sends the reminder email straight away.
Did they open it?
Each invoice shows a timeline: Created → Sent → Viewed → Paid, with how many times the client opened it. "Not opened yet" usually means it went to spam or the wrong person, so WhatsApp is the better nudge.
